The iPhone app communicates with the Desktop app to transfer media files, which are stored on your computer in a location specified by you.
Backup Verification: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all photos and videos are successfully backed up to your computer before deleting them from your iPhone. We strongly recommend verifying the integrity and completeness of your backups by checking the files on your computer. The Service is not responsible for any data loss resulting from incomplete backups, user error, or deletion of media before confirming a successful backup.
Wi-Fi Network: The Service operates over a local Wi-Fi LAN. You are responsible for ensuring a stable and secure Wi-Fi connection during the backup process. The Service is not liable for interruptions, data corruption, or failed transfers due to network issues.
Device Compatibility: You must ensure that your iPhone and computer meet the minimum system requirements for the App, including compatible iOS and operating system versions for the Desktop app.
Legal Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Local Transfers Only: The Service transfers photos and videos directly between your iPhone and computer over a local Wi-Fi LAN. No data is transmitted to or stored on our servers or any third-party servers.
User Control: You retain full ownership and control of your photos and videos. The Service does not access, store, or process your media beyond facilitating the transfer.
Security Risks: While the Service uses reasonable measures to secure data transfers over your local Wi-Fi LAN, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure. You are responsible for securing your Wi-Fi network (e.g., using a strong password, enabling encryption) to prevent unauthorized access during transfers.
Permissions: The iPhone app requires access to your photos and videos to perform backups. You can manage these permissions through your iPhone’s settings. The Desktop app requires access to your computer’s file system to store backups.
No Warranty for Data Loss: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that backups will be error-free, complete, or uninterrupted. You use the Service at your own risk, and we are not liable for any loss of data, including photos or videos, due to incomplete backups, user error, hardware failure, network issues, or any other reason.
No Responsibility for Deleted Media: As emphasized, you must verify that your backups are complete before deleting any photos or videos from your iPhone. We are not responsible for any data loss if you delete media before confirming a successful backup.
Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts, USA.
